Education & Experience

My journey into this work began long before my licensure. For over 30 years, my own relationship with psychedelic medicine has been a cornerstone of my personal growth and spiritual inquiry. This extensive lived experience allows me to offer more than just clinical oversight—it provides a deep, intuitive understanding and knowledge of the terrain you will navigate. For me personally, expanded states of consciousness have provided immense healing and clarity, boosted my creativity and have inspired more meaning and joy in my life.

In 2023, I attended the esteemed InnerTrek Psychedelic Facilitator Training Program which included a 120-hour core training program and 40 hours of supervised practicum. In the very distant past, I received a BA from Saint Mary’s College in Anthropology and Sociology(1999). I have worked as a graphic artist, marketing manager, and owned and operated a restaurant in Portland. When I became a mother, I started down a path of wellness beyond my yoga and meditation practice which included plant-based medicine work in aromatherapy and psychedelics. My journey through parenthood continues to inspire an approach to this work that is gentle, compassionate, intuitive and not without humor.

I have been a student of energy work since my first Reiki class in 1997. More recently, I felt a calling to go deeper on this path and I became certified in the Usui Holy Fire® lineage of Reiki. Energy work can be very valuable in the medicine space by allowing a grounded and clear channel to support both emotional and energetic safety. I have also attended trainings in Somatic practices, which can help clients stay connected to their bodies during journeys and also to help regulate their nervous systems as emotions and insights unfold.

Scope of Practice

As a licensed psilocybin facilitator, I provide knowledgeable, trauma-informed facilitation and integration for individuals and groups. My approach begins with the recognition that each one of us has an innate healing capacity within and in each session, I offer a deep presence, open heart and skilled guidance.

My alliance with you begins before your journey, supporting you in your preparation and clarity of intentions so that you feel secure. It continues after your journey in your integration session(s) which are a space for you to make meaning and reflect on your experience. My style of integration is non-directive and relies on curiosity and connection to empower your narratives. Let’s explore together what needs healing and how to access more of the wonder and joy that lives inside each of us.

"In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, exploring in nature and city, making art and most of all, I love to hang with my family and two dogs. Lately, I’ve been drawn to reading about the notion of a shared collective consciousness and deeper awareness that all beings are part of and connected through."
